1. Describe three ways in which you’ve been blessed by being part of our church family this past year. How has your current leadership role played a part (either positive or negative, and of either greater or lesser significance) in these experiences? (1-3 paragraphs)
2. What conflicts or other challenges have you experienced while in your leadership role? What steps did you take to resolve the issue(s)? What did you learn about yourself and about God? (2-3 paragraphs)
3. How has God’s work been evident in the following areas this past year? (1 paragraph each)
- Prayer life
- Lifestyle decisions
- Personal purity
4. Briefly discuss your participation in small group Bible study over this past year. What has God been teaching you? How has he been changing you? (2-3 paragraphs)
5. Please describe ways in which you have been a witness to Christ in the past year, both within and outside of the church, and within and outside of your leadership role. (1-3 paragraphs)
6. How has your past year of service affected: a) your relationships with others in the church, especially peers? and b) your sense of belonging to the life of the church and identification with its mission? (1-2 paragraphs each)
