History

We began as a core group of Asian-Americans who wanted bible teaching that met our spiritual, intellectual and ethical (justice) desires. We were guided by Pastor Peter in our early years. Pastor Peter returned to his graduate studies at Notre Dame. In 2009, Pastor Brad came to Cornerstone.

Mission

We, together, hope to grow as a church. We want to reach out to all believers and seekers who hope for a church that interacts with their questions, provides community support and teaches practical and applicable biblical truths.

About Our Pastor

Pastor Brad is a University of Michigan alumnus. He was born in Canada, raised in Minnesota and graduated from Michigan in 1986. Carol and Brad married in 1987 and moved to Colorado where Pastor Brad earned his Masters Degree in Philosophy (University of Denver). Before becoming a pastor, Pastor Brad worked as a medical case manager in rehabilitation services.

Along life’s way, Carol and Brad adopted two daughters from China. Then, Pastor Brad went to seminary and, as God would have it, returned to China to pastor a church in Hong Kong. Pastor Brad came to Cornerstone in 2009. He’s available most days and evenings for coffee, conversation and counseling.
