Admin Coordinator

  1. Plan and preside over council meetings.
  2. Initiate discussion across committees as appropriate.
  3. Ensure follow-through on key decisions and tasks decided in council meetings.
  4. Manage committee including the Office Manager (paid position), Designer, Web Master, and Historian.
  5. Attend Council Meetings.

Small Group Leader

  1. Facilitate weekly small group Bible study and fellowship.
    1. Encourage relationships of accountability between group members.
    2. Initiate relationships of accountability with some group members.
  2. Be available to small group members to assist and support them in their faith journey.
  3. Follow up with members through e-mails, phone calls, meeting up to discuss walk with God, church and small group participation, personal prayer requests, etc.
  4. Co-lead Community Groups with Hosts.
  5. Help lead in church-wide events where groups are broken down by small groups (e.g., retreats, etc.).
  6. Attend Small Group Leaders Meetings.
  7. Some small group leaders attend Council Meetings.
